CHAPMAN CAR AND TRUCK RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
All drivers must be at least 21 years of age, possess a Major Credit Card in their name and have at least $350.00 available
at the time of Rental. For customers under the age of 25 a surcharge will apply.
FOR OUR VALUED DEBIT CARD CUSTOMERS
We do accept debit cards with the following requirements. Proof of Employment, recent pay stub ,Company Badge etc.
2 utility bills with no outstanding balance and a Debit Card with your name imprinted on it. Debit card customers must be atleast 25 years of age and have a minimum $400.00 available at time of rental.
AFTER HOURS DROP OFF
We offer after hours drop off, please consult with our agents at time you rent and they will explain this procedure. Customer is responsible for all charges and condition of the vehicle until our Agents have done a thorough inspection.
FREE PICK UP
We will pick you up from anywhere you like within a 5 mile radius of all our locations. Please call in advance to make arrangements.
12 & 15 PASSENGER VAN RENTALS
The drivers must be over the age of 25 and have possesed a license for 3 years prior to the rental. A CDL license is NOT required to operate these vehicles.
